We make every attempt to provide a current sample for our customers to view before making a purchasing decision.

If a sample is not available or you still have questions about a product after viewing the sample, please email us to ensure you that you are purchasing the correct product. If you have any problems downloading a sample please email us for assistance.

Intierra will refund the purchase price for products if:

1. The product has been proven to be defective.
2. The product is not delivered within two business days
3. Duplicate orders that have been made at Intierra’s store.
4. The product was not as described on our website.
